McGee showed off his flashy new engine to his 1.5 million Instagram followers before treating his friends to his unexpected party trick.

The car treated the NBA star to a breathtaking light show, with the hood opening to the beat of the blaring music and the headlights and indicators flashing.

McGee sat beaming in the driver's seat as the huge truck easily accommodated his 7-foot frame.

“The light show in the cyber truck is elite!” he captioned the clip, showing off the car’s novel horn.

McGee documented picking up his fresh wheels from a Tesla dealer earlier this week.

Weighing a whopping 6,843 kilograms, the truck is Elon Musk's latest stunning vehicle.

The electric truck has a range of 340 miles and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in an impressive 2.6 seconds in “Beast Mode,” according to Tesla.

McGee described his new purchase as “honestly amazing” after admitting he had wanted one for “years”.

“I saw one on the street a week ago. I recorded it twice. Which space shuttle flew in from Mars?!” one fan laughed in the comments section.

“The beast for the beast,” wrote another.

“You are great! The “Truck” on the other hand…” argued an unconvinced fan.

“These things are ugly,” another agreed.

McGee is a three-time NBA champion and joined the league back in 2008.

He was selected No. 18 overall by the Washington Wizards after playing for Nevada in college.

McGee spent last season with the Dallas Mavericks, where he appeared in 42 games.

The Flint, Michigan native averaged 4.4 points and 2.5 rebounds per game in 2023.

Since arriving in the NBA, he has earned a cool $81,613,259, per Spotrac.

McGee isn't the only basketball star who likes to splash around on unique wheels.

Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard has spent over $400,000 to amass the classic car collection of his dreams.

Leonard is the proud owner of a custom 2021 Rolls-Royce Cullinan and an extremely rare 993 Porsche 911.
