Palworld is finally addressing its community's feedback and adding a quality of life change much requested by many players.

New Palworld update broke older multiplayer saves

Shortly after April 2024 Palworld When the update hit Xbox consoles, dozens of player reports surfaced online complaining about lost multiplayer progress. Pocketpair immediately acknowledged the issue and said it had managed to confirm that multiplayer save data created in previous versions of the game is currently not loading correctly in version 0.2.0.6. The root cause of the problem has yet to be determined, with the Japanese group saying it is currently in the process of investigating the situation.

The issue only affects non-Steam versions of Palworld

Based on Pocketpair's communications and social media reports from the fandom, the newly identified issue appears to be unique to the Xbox version of Palworld. This also includes the Microsoft Store build distributed to PC Game Pass members. While there simply isn't enough information to accurately estimate how long it will take the developer to fix the issue, Pocketpair has so far been fairly quick to fix game-changing bugs of this type, typically responding within a few days .

Update 0.2.0.6 also introduced another bug that prevents this from happening Palworld Prevent players from laying eggs in incubators. This particular issue affects all versions of the game, including the Steam version. Ultimately, however, it is far less consequential, not least because it can be circumvented by simply modifying a faulty incubator so that the redesigned device works as intended. Pocketpair has already identified the cause of this issue and plans to provide a fix “in the next few days,” according to a tweet dated April 9.

With Palworld Since this is an early access game, certain growth difficulties of this kind are to be expected. Regardless, the crafting RPG's latest update was generally well received by the fanbase, with many players praising it for its sweeping quality of life improvements as well as the wealth of new content – including Bellanoir, the game's first-ever raid boss – that it introduced .
