The Tupelo High School standout is the highest-rated 2026 recruit out of Mississippi and the second-ranked defensive lineman according to 247 Sports.

Cincinnati defensive coordinator Tyson Veidt and running backs coach Sean Dawkins joined the coaching staff ahead of spring practice!

During eight years at Iowa State, Veidt helped the Cyclones develop into one of the Big 12's most consistent and dominant defensive units.

Iowa State became the third team in Big 12 history to lead the conference in passing, rushing, scoring and total defense entering the 2022 season.

The Ohio native has extensive defensive experience and coached alongside Matt Campbell at Toledo before following him to Iowa State.
