Childish Gambino unveils new collaborations with Kanye West and Kid Cudi

Childish Gambino has further fueled anticipation for his musical comeback by premiering collaborations with Kanye West and Kid Cudi.

During the second episode of his new GILGA radio show, which he streamed on Instagram Live on Sunday night (April 21), Gambino performed unreleased music while also sharing more details about his upcoming plans.

In the untitled song featuring Kanye, the two trade bars over a futuristic beat, with the latter rapping about JAY-Z, “New God Flow” and potential Watch the throne Consequence.

“N-ggas waitin' on the throne like Hov's sayin' 'yes'/ I got my shoes from the store, they're the new Payless/ This is the New God Flow, but I pray no less.” You spit.

He also references rapper turned OnlyFans star Rubi Rose and BBLs, suggesting his verse isn't that old.

Meanwhile, Gambino reports that Draymond Green choked Rudy Gobert, which happened late last year.

The song featuring Kid Cudi is reportedly called “Warlords” and was leaked back in 2021.

The premiere comes just weeks after Cudi seemingly threw shade at Childish Gambino on social media.

When encouraged by a fan on X (formerly Twitter) to work with the Atlanta The creator responded dismissively to Cudi: “I’m cool.”

Bino addressed Cudi's comment on the first episode of GILGA Radio last week, saying: “Little Cudi, if you have a problem, I'm not here about the problem. Talk to me. Actually talk to people.

“We don't have to agree on everything, but we also don't have to say, 'Yeah, when I see you we must want to kill each other.' It’s like I don’t – man, life is too short.”

During the same stream, Donald Glover also announced plans to release two new albums.

The first, Atavistais an updated version of his 2020 project 3.15.20 with alternative song titles and at least one new guest artist, Young Nudy.

The second is called Bando Stone and the New World and will serve as the soundtrack for a film of the same name that Glover is working on. It will also be his final album under the name Childish Gambino.

It's unclear when both projects will be released or if they will include the aforementioned collaborations with Kanye West and Kid Cudi.

In addition to debuting new music, Gambino also used his latest livestream to announce that he will be going on tour later this year.

Although few details are known, the rapper/actor's Instagram bio now links to a website for “The New World Tour” where fans can sign up for updates.
