“It's all top-notch people that were involved in the making of this home, the design, the building,” said Gary Pohrer, a Douglas Elliman agent who listed the home last week. “The previous owners only used it a little, it is in drivable condition.” The seller could not immediately be reached for comment.

Decorated primarily in neutral tones, the mansion features wooden furniture, stone floors and tiled walls to create a modern yet simple design.

The small details, such as the patterned wallpaper in the bathrooms or the colorful colors in the bedroom, create a lively atmosphere throughout the house. Outdoor amenities include a large pool with attached spa, outdoor kitchen, outdoor seating area, and fire pit and pergola.

According to Pohrer, in addition to the 18-hole championship course, the community also offers residents a fitness center and great dining options.

Jupiter, home to fewer than 1,000 people, is one of the wealthiest communities in Florida. It is known not only for its luxurious beaches, laid-back atmosphere, world-class amenities and outdoor adventures, but also for its golf courses, which remain green year-round and attract some of golf's biggest names to relocate here permanently.

The heart of Jupiter is the famous 1860 lighthouse, which can be seen from some of the city's trendy spots, including the restaurants, shops and live entertainment areas.
