These two ultrasounds are going viral for the strangest reasons ever

Expectant parents are used to seeing their babies kicking and moving on ultrasounds. But judging by the reaction online, we're guessing not many can claim to have seen ultrasounds like these two before.

The first is a 20-week ultrasound of Dave and Vanessa Watson's baby boy, Edward James. It starts off like most scans, but then takes a crazy turn when EJ randomly throws up his fist and appears to punch himself in the face:

Crazy, right? As expected, the nurse and Kansas locals couldn't help but giggle when they saw what had happened – after, of course, finding out that little EJ was perfectly fine and unharmed from the incident.

If you thought this was shocking, this second ultrasound of a Canadian mother's baby son giving her a big thumbs up is as bizarre as it gets.

“The technician saw it very quickly, zoomed in and took the photo,” expectant mother Nicole Kim told Today, She added that she sees it as a sign of a good future and that her three- and five-year-old sons are thrilled to have another brother in the family.

So there you have it. Who knows what miraculous ultrasounds will go viral next, but these two are going to be pretty hard to beat, don't you think?
