West Bengal Class 12 Results 2024 to be declared today; Here is how to download WBCHSE HS Scorecard – Republic World

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) will announce the results of HS (Class 12) exams today, May 8. Once released, students can access their scorecards through the official website wbchse.wb.gov.in. To view their WB mark sheets, higher secondary students will need their registration number or roll number as mentioned on their admit cards.

According to the official announcement, the WBCHSE HS results will be announced on May 8 through a press conference at 1 p.m. However, the sheet music will be available for download from the official website from 3:00 p.m.

How to Download WBCHSE HS Results 2024

1. Visit the official website – wbresults.nic.in
2. Click on the link “Higher Secondary Result 2024”.
3. Enter your login details and submit
4. Your scorecard will appear on the screen
5. Download and print it.

Subsequently, the original mark sheets, passing certificates and other relevant documents will be distributed to school or institution heads a few days after the May 8 declaration.

Looking back over the past few years, Class 12 WBCHSE last year achieved an overall pass rate of 89.25% with 7,27,807 students passing. Last year, a total of 88.44% candidates (6,36,875 students) passed the Class 12 exams, with 90.19% being boys and 86.58% being female students.

When it comes to grading, students who score between 100 and 90 receive an award, while those who score between 89 and 70 receive an “A.” A/first division is awarded to students who score between 69 and 60, B/second division for those who score between 59 and 50, C/third division for scores between 49 and 34, and students who score 35 and below Scores are awarded D/Improvement.

A total of 7.4 lakh students had registered for the West Bengal HS exams 2022, of which over 96% appeared for the exams. Of these, 636,875 students were declared passed, which corresponds to an overall pass rate of 88.44%.
