The euphoria The 26-year-old star took to Instagram on Saturday, April 20, to share that she recently went kitesurfing, posting a collage of pictures and videos offering a behind-the-scenes look at the action.

The actress started her Instagram carousel with a photo of herself standing on the edge of a boat, the sea behind her, smiling at the camera in a blue swim top and white bikini bottoms. She also wore black bathing shoes and a black harness.

She ended the carousel with a shot of herself blowing a kiss over her shoulder at the camera on the boat, surrounded by other kitesurfers.

“Sorry I couldn't be there as I had a board meeting,” Sweeney joked in the post's caption.

She even posed with several other “pirates” who also wore pirate hats, baggy shirts and pants for the occasion. At the end of the post, she revealed that she performed a rendition of Natasha Beddingfield's “Unwritten” – the theme song for her latest romantic film – at karaoke with a friend.

The posts came a few days after Sweeney responded to Hollywood producer Carol Baum's comments that she had told her students the actress was “not pretty” and “can't act.”

In response, Sweeney's rep told PEOPLE, “How sad that a woman who is able to share her expertise and experience would instead choose to attack another woman.” If she has done that in her decades in the industry and thinks it is appropriate to teach it to their students, then that is shameful. Unjustly denigrating a colleague says volumes about Ms. Baum’s character.”
