Drunk Women Solving Crime joins the Audio Always Original network

Hit true crime comedy podcast Drunk Women Solving Crime has signed a new deal with Audio Always focused on maximizing the marketing and commercial opportunities for the podcast.

Drunk women solve crimes was developed in 2019 by three friends Hannah George, Catie Wilkins and Taylor Glenn – after five years and almost 300 episodes, Hannah and Taylor continue the weekly podcast, powered by Cava.

Hannah and Taylor are joined by top guests – from comedians to crime writers – in each episode to show off their drunken detective skills. In each episode, the highly equipped jury delves into personal crime stories, solves true crimes, and seeks justice for crimes against their listeners.

Recent guests include Michelle de Swarte, Cally Beaton, Bridget Christie, Poppy Jay and Chloe Petts.

The Audio Always Originals network includes Help I Sexted My Boss, Carrie Jade Does Not Exist and The Moon Under Water Podcast, reaching over 3.5 million listeners each month. The network is distributed and monetized through Acast.

Under the new deal, the Audio Always team will lead commercial and marketing efforts for the podcast. Recordings will also move to Audio Always’s Visual Podcast Studio in Farringdon, London and will receive social media and video support from the company’s award-winning digital team.

Amanda Redman is the producer of the podcast and will continue to be responsible for editorial and content strategy.
