The Bearcats are adding Texas transfer forward Dillon Mitchell

Veteran Texas transfer power forward Dillon Mitchell committed to the Cincinnati Bearcats after attending the NBA Draft Combine this week!

Mitchell was a dynamic 5-star prospect coming out of Montverde Academy and is now the 22nd rated transfer in the portal according to 247 Sports.

After an impressive sophomore season, Mitchell will bring Big 12 experience and elite-level athleticism to the Bearcats next season.

The former Texas forward posted 9.6 points and 7.5 rebounds in his second season with the Longhorns before joining Cincinnati!

Cincinnati received verbal commitments from former Bradley guard Connor Hickman and USC freshman forward Arrinten Page last month!

Hickman averaged a team-high 14.5 points and 3.4 rebounds per game while shooting 40.2% from 3-point territory during his junior season in 2024.

Page was a coveted 4-star prospect coming out of Wheeler High School and was the fourth-highest ranked recruit out of Georgia according to 247 Sports.
