RPSC Assistant Prosecution Exam Pattern 2024

Candidates must be familiar with the RPSC APO Exam Pattern 2024. Refer to the table below to understand the exam structure, number of subjects and marking scheme prescribed by the board.

  • The examination plan for recruitment to the position of deputy public prosecutor consists of an objective preliminary examination and a written main examination.
  • The preliminary examination is an objective examination covering 70% of the subjects prescribed in the law examination syllabus and 30% of the examination competencies in Hindi and English. The grades achieved in the preliminary examination will not be taken into account in the final selection.
  • When evaluating the answers, a negative rating is given. For each incorrect answer, a third of the points awarded for that question will be deducted
