“Your DNA was found at the crime scene.” “They could lock you up forever.” Apple has released a new trailer for the crime series From the assumption of the innocentwill stream this June. It is about a horrific murder that turns the Chicago District Attorney's office upside down when one of their colleagues is suspected of the crime. The series is based on the acclaimed book of the same name by Scott Turow. The description: “This story brings our worst nightmare to life: that of an ordinary citizen convicted of the most horrific crime of all.” The star-studded ensemble will be guests Jake Gyllenhaal as Rusty Sabich, with Ruth Negga, Bill Camp, OT Fagbenle, Chase Infiniti, Nana Mensah, Renate Reinsve, Peter Sarsgaard, Kingston Rumi Southwickas well as Elizabeth Marvel. More from the book: “It is the breathtaking account of one man's all-too-human, all-consuming fatal attraction to a passionate woman who is not his wife, and the story of how his obsession tests everything he loves and values “-including his own life. This seems like a good series for people who love devious, complicated legal thrillers – especially with Reinsve & Gyllenhaal.
