Download the new Township 311 app for resident reporting options

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Township 311 Reporting App is now available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The Woodlands311 app serves as a comprehensive solution for residents to report issues and concerns, improving the overall quality of life in our vibrant community. This innovative 311 service request system is integrated with the Township's work order system, ensuring faster processing of service requests.

TheWoodlands311 app offers a user-friendly interface and extensive service request features so residents can easily report various concerns. Residents can use the app to report concerns such as the need for debris removal, graffiti on community properties and parks, standing water/mosquito issues, and more.

The app is also packed with valuable information and offers a comprehensive range of resources for residents, including, but not limited to, insights into the home improvement process, local transit information, important phone numbers, and details of our garbage and recycling services. By using the app, residents can actively participate in maintaining and improving their community.

Residents have four practical ways to communicate their concerns to the community of The Woodlands:

• Call The Woodlands Township Resident Care Center at 281-210-3800 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Help outside business hours: For urgent service matters outside of regular business hours (excluding emergencies), call 281-210-3800 and press nine (9). Press nine (9) again at any time during the automated greeting to be connected to the After-Hours Supervisor.
• Submit your request online at thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/311 through TheWoodlands311 service request system. Registration is not required.
• Download TheWoodlands311 app on your mobile device in the Google Playstore or the Apple App Store.
