Destiny Payton confronts her ex Moses Monroe.

In a preview of the upcoming episode of “Love and Marriage: Huntsville,” Destiny Payton finally meets with Moses Monroe. During part of the conversation, Destiny tells Moses that his actions were malicious. He is married to her former LAMH producer Sunni Minx.

Moses apologizes to Destiny for the way he treated her. He also says that in April 2023, he told Destiny they should be friends when she didn't go to St. Louis for his birthday. He claims Destiny didn't give him the attention he wanted. Destiny responds that Moses wanted her to court him. She also claims they were still together until August, when Moses sent her money.

“You wanted me to court you like you were my girlfriend.”

Destiny persists, claiming she has proof in the form of messages they spent together in August, including money sent. She also says she texted Moses in August breaking up, claiming she said, “I choose me.” Moses reiterates that he broke up with Destiny in April and started dating his now-wife Sunni in August. Despite this, Destiny maintains her belief that they were still together when Moses started dating Sunni.

“You told me in April, but loved me all through August,” Destiny replies.

Moses replies, “Prove it,” and challenges fate to provide proof.

The clip ends with Destiny saying, “Don't play with me. I'm still me.”

Further details regarding Destiny’s recent arrest have been released.

In other news, Urban Belle obtained Destiny's most recent arrest warrant. According to the documents, Destiny's ex-husband, La'Berrick Williams, obtained the warrant for the most recent arrest. La'Berrick is still pursuing Destiny in court.

This time, he's going after Destiny for identity theft. He claimed she signed his name on a release for the MaDonni Beauty Supply store through Huntsville Utilities. The release was issued in July 2023.

The warrant was issued in Madison County on April 30, 2024. As previously reported, Destiny was arrested this month on identity theft charges and released on $5,000 bail. La'Berrick also had Destiny arrested last October on forgery charges because Destiny used his signature to obtain the utility bond. That charge and case were dropped last January.

A hearing on this charge will be held at Destiny on June 5.

Destiny and La'Berrick are also in heated divorce proceedings, with La'Berrick reopening the divorce last year. La'Berrick is seeking a modification of her 2021 divorce decree.

Now, on May 10, 2024, just days before Destiny's second arrest, she filed her own divorce petition. In the petition obtained by Urban Belle, Destiny claims La'Berrick failed to pay for her child's healthcare expenses and is requesting a modification of her divorce decree.

Destiny also accused La'Berrick of speaking to her LAMH colleagues and bloggers to spread “false information” about her, leading to claims that Destiny was threatened with elimination from the show due to La'Berrick's allegations.

In her amendment, Destiny wants La'Berrick to not speak about herself or her child to anyone associated with LAMH. Both divorce proceedings are still open and active, and Destiny wants the court to consolidate them and expedite the hearings.
