NBA legend Dwight Howard asks an exciting question on social media

On Sunday evening, the Dallas Mavericks will host the Minnesota Timberwolves in Texas for the third game of the Western Conference Finals.

The Mavs are coming off a clear 109-108 victory in Game 2 on Friday night at Target Center in Minnesota (they lead the series 2-0).

All-Star striker Luka Doncic made a game-winning three-point shot with three seconds left.

After the game, 2020 NBA Champion Dwight Howard started a discussion with a post on X.

His post had over 7,800 likes and 1.8 million impressions in less than 24 hours.

Howard wrote: โ€œWho plays better as Stepback? Prime Harden or Prime Luka ๐Ÿงโ€

Many people responded with their answer.

About JR Mason: โ€œLuka just turned 25 in February, heโ€™s not at his best yet, lolโ€

About @BronGotGame: โ€œPrime Harden Stepback is untouchableโ€

About @AceofDisgrace: โ€œI love Luka, but Harden was absolutely unstoppableโ€

About @SSJGWANDE: “What kind of question is that? Harden's retirement was so deadly that MFS called it a trip for years, until about 2020-2021.”

About @TheOnlyZiizii: โ€œThe recency effect is so crazy.
Harden was declared a rules reformer by the NBA because he scored points on his step-back three-pointers by drawing fouls that resulted in points.”

About @surejavooo: โ€œLuka will never be better than Prime Hardenโ€

Howard last played in the NBA during the 2021-22 season, when he made his third appearance with the Los Angeles Lakers.

He is an eight-time NBA All-Star and was a teammate of James Harden for three seasons (2013โ€“16) on the Houston Rockets.
