The video then shows other motorcyclists chasing the striking driver, followed by the arrival of police and paramedics.

Virginia State Police said today (Tuesday) that the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

According to VSP, the suspect was identified and arrested later that same day thanks to “information from a witness to the accident.”

According to jail records, the suspect was in custody today at the Arlington County Detention Center.

The annual motorcycle rally “Rolling to Remember” took place last weekend. On Sunday morning there was a large gathering in the north parking lot of the Pentagon. It was initially unclear whether the victim attended.
