Often described as “dystopian,” this building has been the subject of viral TikTok videos showcasing the myriad facilities available to its residents.

Located in Hangzhou's central business district, Regent International is designed to accommodate up to 30,000 residents, but currently only about 20,000 people live within its walls. The building is immense in size, offering the potential to house a significant portion of the city's population in a single building.
