Viral Godzilla Cosplay Brings Godzilla Evolved to Life

An amazing Godzilla Evolved cosplay lights up the night!

Godzilla has had a pretty great year and a fantastic cosplay has gone viral, featuring Godzilla Evolved by Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire! The MonsterVerse returned earlier this spring with a brand new entry that deepens the partnership between Godzilla and Kong as the two had to team up to face much stronger Titans in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Although Godzilla wasn't too involved in the main conflict, there was still a lot for the famous kaiju to do, as he had to build up enough nuclear energy to achieve a brand new form.

This eventually took the form of “Godzilla Evolved,” a pink version of the kaiju that gave Godzilla much more powerful nuclear breath attacks than before. It was such a powerful boost that when the two titans fought together with Kong, they were able to achieve a much-needed victory at the end of the film. It was a cool new look for Godzilla that fans hope will see more of in the MonsterVerse in the future, and now it's brought to life by an absolutely gigantic cosplay by artist mewlingtea on Instagram! Check it out:
