SPRING CITY, PA — Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Rosandra Bailey, 28, of Philadelphia, on several charges related to an alleged check fraud case. The warrant follows a resident's report of suspicious activity related to a check made out to PennDOT on April 12, 2024.

Spring City police said the victim found discrepancies in the check deposit amount information, including a different bank account number, name, signature and an additional reason for the deposit on the back.
