LeBron James makes a brutally honest quote about Kyrie Irving that went viral

LeBron James and Kyrie Irving spent three seasons together with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

They are one of the best duos in NBA history, reaching the finals in all three seasons they played together (the Cavs won the title in 2016 against the Golden State Warriors).

Recently, James made an honest statement about Irving in an episode of Attention, game.

James: “There was nothing on the basketball court that Kyrie couldn't do. I'm sitting here watching the game. I'm so damn happy and proud to watch him continue to develop or whatever. At the same time, I'm so damn angry that I'm not his running mate anymore.”

Irving is currently in the midst of an incredible run with the Dallas Mavericks.

They are number five in the Western Conference and had a record of 50-32.

However, few considered her a serious title contender.

The Mavs have defeated the Los Angeles Clippers (six games), Oklahoma City Thunder (six games) and Minnesota Timberwolves (five games) in the first three rounds of the playoffs.

This is Irving's first appearance in the NBA Finals since joining James on the Cavs.

They will face the Boston Celtics in the finals, with Game 1 taking place on June 6 in Massachusetts.

James, in turn, finished his sixth season with the Los Angeles Lakers as seventh in the Western Conference with a record of 47-35.

The Lakers lost in the first round (in five games) to the Denver Nuggets.
