This viral Ninja ice cream maker is “absolutely worth the price” – and Canadian Tire is currently offering it for $90 off

There's a summer-ready kitchen appliance that TikTokers are saying is “life-changing.” Sure, it takes up valuable counter space, but apparently it's totally worth the sacrifice. If you love a trend that's earning its stripes, this is Ninja Creami Ice Cream, Sorbet and Milkshake Maker NC301C might be worth the spend – especially if it's part of Canadian Tire's recent sell-off.

Designed to make healthy (and not so healthy) frozen treats at home, the Creami can mix up any ice cream flavor, gelato, milkshake, or smoothie bowl you want. “You've never had strawberry ice cream like this,” boasts recipe author @healthywithalex. Although she claims to have never been a fan of strawberry ice cream, she says her new Ninja recipe has “completely converted” her.

Another TikTok, @eliyaeats, likes a little more sweetness that still has a healthy twist. She makes a “homemade Oreo McFlurry” with milk, vanilla protein powder, and Oreo cookies. It's her “new hyper fixation,” she says… and it could be yours, too.

Read on to find out why the Ninja Creami is TikTok's latest obsession and buy it on sale. The only catch? Canadian Tire Big Red Sale ends on Thursday, June 13th, at 11:59 p.m. – so the clock is ticking.

The idea behind this handy machine is that you can transform any evenly frozen block of food into a smooth, creamy treat in just a few minutes.

There are seven preset programs: ice cream, sorbet, gelato, milkshake, smoothie bowl, light ice cream and mix-in. By pressing a single button, the machine uses the right combination of speed, pressure and time for your chosen snack. You can also use the re-spin function if you want a little more smoothness and creaminess.

To use the Ninja Creami, combine your ingredients, freeze for 24 hours, then process your mixture using one of seven presets. You can then mix in cookies, candy, nuts, pieces of fruit, or anything else you like to create a customized treat.

The containers, lids and dough hooks are completely dishwasher safe, making cleaning a breeze.

When assembled, the machine is 15.94 inches high, 12.09 inches wide and 6.5 inches deep. (In centimeters, that's 40.49 x 30.71 x 16.51.)

Two single pint containers are included. Additional pints can be purchased later.

🔎 “Best investment ever.”

“This thing is magical,” raves one reviewer. “I'm in love.” And that feeling seems to apply to most people who have purchased the Ninja Creami: 91 percent of Canadian Tire reviewers recommend the device. One buyer even jokes that in the event of a fire, he would only save two things: “the desktop computer and our Creami.”

Home cooks love being able to “experiment with healthy recipes,” whether by blending fresh fruit, using almond milk or 2% milk instead of cream, or adding protein powder. “It keeps me from indulging in foods high in fat and processed sugar,” says one customer. You can also adapt recipes if you're on a ketogenic, vegan, or dairy-free diet.

The biggest downside is that “it’s very loud.” Some reviewers say they close the kitchen door when the unit is running to muffle the noise.

Many people were also upset that they “had to leave a review” before accessing Ninja recipes. “Simple recipes should have come with the machine,” says one shopper.

Still, they agree that the “product itself is fantastic.” It is “easy to use” and “easy to clean.” One professional chef says it is “the best kitchen appliance [I’ve] bought in years.”

Since only two pints are included, some reviewers wish it “came with four containers.”

The Ninja Creami Ice Cream, Sorbet and Milkshake Maker NC301C is worth the investment if you love frozen desserts and smoothies and want to try healthier alternatives at home. It's also a great appliance for experimenting with flavors (think banana butterscotch, Vietnamese coffee, or cinnamon rolls).

Because it's loud, you can't use it when people are sleeping – but that's not the worst downside. And if you don't want to leave a review to access Ninja's recipes, turn to TikTok or do a quick internet search. Lots of people have posted fun recipes online.
