The video shows @twinsbymyside's method step by step. First, she removes all the leaves from the stem and rinses them thoroughly. She uses an empty ice cube tray, places a few leaves in each cube compartment and covers them with water so the leaves are submerged. After placing the tray in the freezer until the cubes are solid, she recommends placing them in a ziplock bag for storage.

To explain how to use the frozen curry leaf cubes, @twinsbymyside takes a bowl of lukewarm water and adds the required number of cubes. In the clip, she explains: “With this trick, you can easily store your curry leaves for at least 6 months. They retain their aroma and color and stay fresh.”
