Chandigarh: It's bizarre to see and hear people lose their temper over the simplest of things. In a video that made the rounds on social media, a popular eatery in Haryana turned into a wrestling ground after people started fighting over food. Netizens were quick to comment on the incident.

A restaurant in Haryana called Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba is known for its Indian food. In a clip doing the rounds on social media, several people, including customers and staff, are seen in a wrestling match. According to reports, the ugly brawl at the dhaba occurred due to a mix-up over parathas. The fracas started after the staff mixed up some orders. Soon after, a fight broke out over parathas and things turned ugly.

The staff and customers started hitting and slapping each other. After the people who caused the chaos were forcibly escorted out, the fight continued. A video of the post was shared on X by @KumaarSaagar. Netizens were quick to react to the video, with many saying that the dhaba's popularity has dropped. One person wrote, “I don't know why people go there, it just doesn't taste good.” Another person said, “Next time you have to fight for a pickle or butter.” A third person criticised the staff at the establishment, calling them thugs.

This is not an isolated incident. There had been another brawl over paneer and gulab jamun before. At the time, many felt that the reputation of the dhaba was at stake.
