APD releases photos of suspects after fatal shooting near Austin Waffle House

AUSTIN (KXAN) – Austin police on Monday released photos of four men allegedly involved in a fatal June 8 shooting outside an Austin Waffle House.

Police say two people were shot, one fatally, after a fight broke out between two groups at a Waffle House on Dessau Road in northeast Austin around 6 a.m. APD said the suspects left the scene after the shooting.

APD had previously identified Tykeisha Lewis, 25, as the deceased victim. On June 11, police said the second female victim was in stable condition.

The APD is asking the public for help in identifying the men suspected of being involved in the shooting.

Police described the suspects as Latino men with short black hair between the ages of 16 and 20.
